This is a barbell program that strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all fitness levels. (60 minutes) EXPRESS CLASS is 45 mins.
Cardio Kickboxing incorporates a variety of non-contact boxing combinations including martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. Kickboxing may also include partner combat and strength training drills to maximize your results. Beginners are welcome, and current members are encouraged to push themselves to new goals of form, stamina, and intensity. Step off the street and into the ring! (45 minutes)

Xtreme Mix will blast calories, burn fat and boost your metabolism with this high energy class. Sculpt your body and challenge your fitness level with strength training and cardio intervals. Our Yoga class can be translated to mean union of the body, mind, and spirit. It is a non-competitive, self-paced, and sensitive to your body’s needs. It gently nurtures your body through a series of physical postures to stretch and tone the muscles, release pressure in the joints, and align and strengthen the spine. Yoga also uses breathing exercises to calm and relax the mind. (60 minutes)
Is a 30 minute total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
